Clients must not directly engage, solicit, or employ a Worker introduced by Labourgrid without prior written consent. Additional fees may apply if direct engagement occurs.

7. Compliance & Workplace Safety

Labourgrid is committed to compliance with Australian employment legislation, including Fair Work obligations and workplace health and safety requirements.

Clients acknowledge responsibility for:

  • Providing safe systems of work.
  • Conducting site inductions.
  • Identifying hazards and risks.

     

Labourgrid is not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from unsafe site conditions or Client negligence.

8. Fees & Payment Terms

Service fees will be agreed in writing and invoiced in accordance with agreed terms. Clients must pay invoices within the specified timeframe.

Late payments may attract interest, administrative charges, or service suspension. Labourgrid reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts through legal means if necessary.

9. Cancellations & Variations

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to service requests. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees to cover committed worker costs.

Labourgrid may substitute Workers where required due to availability, performance, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information obtained during the course of service delivery. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

This obligation survives termination of services.

11. Intellectual Property
